"As your coach, I’m committed to creating a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are. It can feel weird at first, but with practice, I hope you’ll come to embrace your core self, see value in who you are, and learn to move with self-love and compassion for others without abandoning yourself. Through education and skills like reparenting the self, changing the narrative of trauma or autism, deconstructing social programming, detached observation, life skills, and neurodiverse communication, we’ll create a space where you can learn what it means to create safety within and build trust for the self. I’ve been here many times and it would be my honor to guide you on this part of your journey.
I specialize in Complex PTSD, adoption trauma, autistic wellness, and neurodiverse communication. I am committed to showing up for clients with a non-judgmental approach. Our curiosity, combined with my extensive experience, lays the foundation for meaningful and impactful work together.
When I'm not coaching, I can be found making candles in my studio, building connections with my two kids and rescue dog, or enjoying the southern California weather."

Meet Charles
"I'm Charles Marroni.
I’m an ICF-Accredited Trauma Coach and Trauma Support Specialist, shaped by my own journey with CPTSD, childhood trauma, and grief. As a kid, I dreamed of becoming a firefighter, drawn to their bravery and commitment to helping others—a calling that still guides me today.
Healing from trauma and grief has been a complex path, with challenges in finding people who truly understood my experiences. Searching for answers, I travelled to over 30 countries, hoping to find relief and purpose. On this journey, I met a coach, and that experience led me to healing, hope, courage, and a true sense of self.
Now, as a trauma-informed coach, I’m passionate about helping others reclaim their lives. I also work with couples as a certified trauma-informed couples coach, supporting relationships impacted by trauma. Currently, I work with Wounded Warriors Canada, helping couples affected by PTSD in the line of service. I combine my personal experience with specialized training in Holistic Coaching, Mindfulness, NLP, Trauma Support, Solution-Focused Coaching, and Somatic Nervous System Regulation to support healing and growth.
I offer a safe, inclusive space where each individual can be seen and heard by someone who understands the journey through trauma and grief."

Meet Lori

"I understand what it's like to sit in a pew and feel as though something is inherently wrong with you—and to spend years unlearning that belief. I also know what it's like to feel frozen in your own life, caught in patterns that once offered protection but no longer serve you. My own healing journey, including work with religious trauma, adoption, and codependency, shapes how I show up for the people I accompany.
I bring both lived experience and professional training to this work, including years of support in mental health and healthcare settings. I am trained in IFS-informed peer support, hold a Certified Trauma and Coaching Practitioner credential, and currently facilitate a trauma-informed book club centered on "Waking the Tiger" by Peter Levine. I approach each person with curiosity, compassion, and respect—never judgment.
With roots in Newfoundland, I maintain a deep connection to place and ancestry that grounds how I hold space for others. I specialize in trauma at the intersection of identity, belonging, and spiritual wounding—particularly for adoptees, those recovering from religious harm, and those untangling patterns of codependency.
If any of that resonates, I would welcome the opportunity to connect."

Meet Kim

"The bond between children and their parents is often considered one of the most fundamental relationships in a person's life. This connection can shape emotional development, influence behavior, and impact self-esteem. A strong bond fosters trust, security, and open communication, allowing children to explore the world with confidence. Growing up in an emotionally challenging environment, I was shaped by the complexities of a home where my mother struggled with mental instability. I was not able to establish a meaningful connection with either of my parents, which impacted me for many years.
Recently, I discovered that the man I had always known as my father was not my biological parent, adding a profound new dimension to my journey of self-discovery and healing. This revelation, coupled with my own experiences in therapy, has greatly enriched my coaching skillset. The insights and tools I gained throughout my healing process provide a unique perspective that enhances my ability to support clients. This personal understanding of the therapeutic process enables me to create a compassionate and empathetic environment, allowing clients to feel safe as they navigate their challenges. Through this work, I aim to foster resilience and hope in others, transforming my past challenges into a source of strength and compassion.
I enjoy hot yoga, swimming, and spending time with my family. I have written three children's books hoping to help educate parents on emotional safety and intelligence. Currently, Raleigh, NC is home."
